Thomas Clap Perkins House

This house was built for Thomas Clap Perkins and his wife, Mary Beecher Perkins, and occupied by them from 1855 to 1866. The architect was Octavius Jordon. Charles Dudley Warner lived in the house from 1866 to 1884. It also was the home of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Hepburn and the childhood home of Katherine Hepburn from 1908 to 1917.
